The Axx Advanced Certification of Pastoral Ministry qualification equips you to follow the call on your life. It is the Axx qualification that is designed to prepare you for a broad range of ministry roles inside the Church and in the wider community. If you love the ministry and people then this is perfect for you.
You will journey deeper into the word of God to understand its meaning in both the Old and New Testaments and how to apply it to life and ministry today. Then we take some time to explore and understand the wonders of the author and the finisher of faith in Jesus Christ.
This qualification builds on the Certification of Pastoral Ministry.
This course introduces the student to hermeneutics. Words and their use, meaning, and how it is affected by historical and cultural context are discussed. Figurative language and parables are also discussed.
