I have learned about leadership
I have really learned alot from this program
This section has given me much light, on practical leadership. Am so grateful
One can be a pastor or an elder but he might not be a leader.
A leader brings direction and they are strong in their leadership. If you have to be a leader, you have to learn. Leadership has principles. And if its principle is violated or abused, problem will arise in the Church. When we talk about leadership, there are three essential leadership qualities we all must have.
A leader must carry:
-Responsibility
-Authority
-Accountability.
If you live out these qualities, it is going to create a weakness in your leadership or weakness in the Church.
The leader is responsible for whatever happens in the Church.
-Many Churches never grow simply because the leader does not have authority to actually lead the church forward. So we need to have authority to make decisions, choices to move the Church forward. We should not delegate that to someone else, it shoild be the leader that should have that authority.
-As a leader, you are accountable for everything. Accountable when things go right and wrong. You are accountable when it is time to celebrate because God has done some good things but if things are not going so well you are accountable, we have to look at where are we going next?
-As a leader, what are you going to be doing?
-What changes needed to be made for the Church to progress forward?
*How do you govern your Church?
-Is it Autocracy,or Beaucracy or Democracy or Theocracy?
We must know that God is in Charge and he is the Leader of our Churches. Let’s allow the Leasder to lead us (That is Theocracy).
-“When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice..” (Proverbs 29:2).
This has changed my personality and understanding who am in ministry
It’s been floating around since the 1960s but jumped into the limelight in 2003 when Bill George published his book Authentic Leadership.
Despite its stately age, authentic leadership as a leadership style is still in its theological adolescence. Researchers are beginning to converge on points of agreement. But there are still different definitions floating around. So, if you are a bit confused, you are in good company — even the scientists aren’t in agreement!
A widely quoted authentic leadership definition describes it as follows:
“Authentic leadership is a style of leadership that focuses on transparent and ethical leader behavior and encourages open sharing of information needed to make decisions while accepting followers’ inputs.”
The experts seem to agree that authentic leadership is about being you and making room for others, too. It includes a healthy dose of common sense and some ethics thrown in for good measure.
So, unfortunately for some, the arrogant bulldozer approach doesn’t quite cut the authentic-leadership mustard.

I now can give other the biblical perceptive on the Godhead. This lesson has changed and challenged me to be careful while dividing the word of God.
I now understand what is a theology
I am truly blessed as I study this course and look at the awesome God I serve..If we as believers really think on our God we will certainly worship Him as we ought,
The Theology of God was so edifying, I thoroughly enjoyed studying about the Trinity which consists of The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Getting a better understanding of the nature of God, means everything to me. I have given my life to God and I love studying the Bible because I want to learn as much as I can about Him, our Great and Mighty Creator and Awesome Saviour of this world.
Has enlarged my understanding of who God is
Thank you for the time and effort to share the Trinity and explaining in detail the functions within the Trinity clearly. I grew up with a dad and step-dad that failed me. I accepted God as my true Father in my early twenties and know that God will never leave me nor forsake me.

Shalom, thank you very much for the good work you doing not only to us but for the Glory of God, because I believe it’s one way you are spreading the word of God to the world as your share it to us through the learning.
This is always a blessing to me, each topic we do I really enjoy and get eyes open in many things some of which I thought I knew. I was touched by the part where we talked about gestures and body language, because in most cases we as preachers we tend to forget that when we preach, we are not only communicating with the voice but the gestures, movements we are saying…and if we are not careful, we find that we talking about to different things and leading the church to sometimes misunderstand the message of the day. Also, the importance of establishing a rapport with the church, which makes the church want to listen to what you are saying. Sermon preparation needs preparation and continuous prayer it is not just a wake up and preach thing because it is not about us but about God speaking to His people.
Thank you so much Ministry of Axx (ACTS), we are really blessed
