The Certification of Personal and Teams Leadership course qualification is for leaders who are serving or who are preparing to serve in a local church, ministry organisation or in a corporate role.
Biblical leadership, creativity, critical thinking skills and hearing the voice of God are now more important than ever in ministry and the workplace. As the fabric of our society continues to change, leadership, communications, and decision-making will be even more important. Ministry organisations need well-trained people who are equipped with biblical principles to lead.
The Certification of Personal and Teams Leadership course is part of the Axx Leadership stream which focuses on the leadership development of all believers in spiritual, personal, ministry, organisational team dynamics, decision-making and increasing leadership capacity. It is a highly flexible course delivered entirely online.
This course is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge required to investigate and integrate biblical principles of the call of God for ministry into a personal ministry development strategy.
Founder and CEO of Axx. Dr Brendan Roach has been involved in the professional development and training of pastors and leaders globally for over 25 years. His Biblical expertise is Biblical Archaeology, Leadership Development, First Century History and the Call to Ministry.

In this session I learnt that how should be our response when God call us
As I was studying this module i got confirmation that God has called me to minister his word to the poor on a community based ministry. I’m now practicing on meeting people’s spiritual needs and physical needs.
Alignment means knowing that what we think God wants us to do with our life fits in with the bigger picture of what God wants to do on planet earth
Kingdom refers to God dream society on earth , encompassing the whole world . God’s will beibd done on earth
We are each part of the body of Christ and what we do affects others . It’s not just about us,it’s about God’s people living together before God.
My life has changed, I used to be doing things on my own now I learned the spirit of Ubuntu in christ.

This lesson blessed me a lot and taught me many things about God’s calling.

This course introduces students to the descriptions of the Kingdom of God in the Bible with special focus on the gospels and the rest of the New Testament as well as some historical understandings and expressions of the Kingdom of God and its relationship to the Church.
Ian is an experienced Vice-President Emeritus with a demonstrated history of executive leadership, curriculum development, postgraduate teaching and accreditation, in theological education and ministry training in Australian and international contexts, including in the e-learning industry. He is skilled in Lecturing, Coaching, Managing Teams, Conflict Resolution. Ian holds a PhD focused on cultural intelligence, anthropology, contextualised leadership, cultural and religious change, intercultural communication and Majority World Christianity from Monash University.
I am really grateful to Axx College for giving an opportunity to learnt more about God and ministry. From this course I learnt alot on how the Kingdom was revealed in the old and New testament. I really enjoyed on how one can cross the cultures in preaching the Kingdom of God to other people.

Shalom peace can be described as totality and completeness both personally and communally.
We see the first fruits of the kingdom of God in which example provided as the life of Jesus.
The kingdom ministry means God’s rule among people affecting earth.
Humans asked to participate in and submit to the kingdom of God.
The fruits of the spirit are described as embodied characteristics of the father.
The description of ministry manifest is lncarnation, the word becoming fresh within us.
These are some of the points that I have learnt from the lessons.
It’s been a whole new perspective for me, understanding exactly who God is in my life, first as a human being,then as a Christian.
God’s intentions about his kingdom in regard to human beings living on this earth.
The kingdom purpose, how to live a wholesome Christian life in order to affect the world positively.
I have also learnt that God intended for us to live that serves him with our skills,talents, hobbies and time.

I didn’t pay attention on the aspect of culture. I thought culture was demonic. Not until my able mentors made an equilibrium.
I can bodly say my approach has really change.

1 Cor 9:19-23 was my highlight. When Paul says in verse 22, “To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all people so that by all possible means I might save some. I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings.” This is my exhortation that I want to counted among those that take the Kingdom of God EVER ONWARD and fulfill the Great Commission.

Albert is in the learning field so that he may assist people to achieve their potential! His teaching style is facilitative and aims at drawing out principles from theories and best practice that may be applied differently according to the participants’ contexts and thus achieving successful learning experiences. Albert seeks not only to provide learning to the participants but also to enable them to integrate their observations into their lifelong learning journey. Albert holds a Doctor of Education and a Masters of Education Degree in Leadership and change. He is an experienced Human Resource and Leadership Development consultant, experienced in Adult Education in both private and public sectors and has extensive experience in Medical Research at a senior level as well as in Higher Research Degrees.
Surely God planned everything to let me be and chosed the Community whom both I should be correct and be uses by Holly Spirit to tell the the truth in lovely way and that will exploring God’s work been assigned by His grace through the Holly Spirit in the body who was bought by His precious blood. I was before in the position of taking the orders of the team without allowing others to watch up the steps for instance doesn’t care of others and for other parts just relying of what God wants me to be only but, I thanks God for been given me more chances and knowledge to let me again be watch up through the word of God who always makes and remains me to do His works within the team by you brethren! as a real God’s servant according to the God’s willing, for mine can be use by God’s enemy, the evil one. More blesses and more knowledge by God to all Amen.
The sessions on Christian culture renewed my thoughts on love. The scriptures with terms like “one another”, together,”each other” transformed my attitudes about others. We are to be at peace with one another.
I have learned on how to be in the team, how to lead the team, how we need to enhance communication, support and empowering each other which will make teamwork.
2.I have also learnt biblical basis of teamwork eg synergy, Equal treatment of all team members, willingness to share life and possession.
3.effective of what makes a team-eg , good, leadership, defined purpose, effective, communication, defined roles etc.
4.inffective team, politics, gossip,lack of direction etc.somethings that I didn’t know I can confirm that through Axx I’m now good to go.

This course develops skills beyond theology in roles such as chairing business meetings, managing staff, and volunteers and resolving conflicts, as well as performing culturally expected religious roles such as facilitating weddings and funerals.
Pastor CityLife Church Markus was ordained to Anglican Ministry in 1987 and worked for 14 years in outback rural and regional towns in New South Wales. He is a trained counsellor with degrees in psychology and theology. Markus served as a Police Chaplain for ten years. He completed his Doctorate in Leadership in 2010. He is an experienced coach and is an accredited Bar-On EQ Inventory and Leadership Development Profile facilitator.

I have been in ministry since 2013, and before starting ministry I went through a lot of hardship.
When I was a child, every day I was sleeping and I saw the heavens open and a bright light from the heavens and I heard a voice calling me “Mathew, Mathew my son and my servant, I chose you in the lineage of your Fathers who have never believed in me so that you serve me, the sheep of my pasture are scattered, and he took me to a mountain bigger than all the mountains in the world and told me to look down, I saw many sheep being happy, and the place was full of pleasant leaves, but what made me cry was that I saw a black bull with a royal hat, his head behind his neck was the rotting mark, he started to laugh with a harmful sound, fire came out of his mouth that was destroying the sheep and they started running to save their lives, then I asked what I should do and I was told to stretch my right hand towards the bull, fire came out of my hand and consumed him and he burst pieces. And the beautiful and pleasant leaves returned and the sheep returned to being happy and many things I saw every day when I went to sleep, when I woke up I was complaining about that dream, when I was going to the Africa Brotherhood Church which they did not know about spiritual things, I was going to tell the pastor to pray for me there is a demon thrown at me, and he prays and rebukes that spirit.
At night, when I go back to sleep, the heavens open again and I hear the voice telling me that you cannot rebuke me in my Name, and my strength is incomparable to anything else, because I am the beginning and the end.
Even when I was an adult, I was admitted to the hospital for three months when I was sick because of rejecting the voice, but in the third month, God sent his servant, even though I was unable to speak, he explained everything to me and when I agreed, I was cured, and I returned home.
At night the heavens opened as usual, I heard that voice telling me look, I saw an old man of God next to me, kneeling on top of the mountain, with his hands towards the sky, he told me this is the spiritual Father who will raise you until you reach the level of starting the Ministry, and other things but However, I am grateful for the opportunity to give a testimony of my Ministry.
I thank God when I was starting my studies, I asked God to guide me, I wanted the Holy Spirit to guide me, and now I have finished my studies. And get a personal team leadership certificate. God bless you all in the Name of Jesus Christ, and also bless the founder of Axx Bible College to continue to help others like me in the Name of Jesus Christ..and God bless you together with the others you heard in this
