The Licentiate of Church Planting qualification is specifically designed for Church Planters who are seeking to establish their Church and build strong organisational leadership skills. It is for those who are seeking to be equipped in advanced preaching, biblical and theological knowledge.
The Licentiate of Church Planting builds a strong leader and leadership team. It focuses on high-level leadership development and gaining a strong knowledge of the Bible and how to communicate it to a congregation.
What is a Licentiate of Church Planting? Licentiate comes from the Latin licentia, “freedom” which is applied in the phrases licentia docendi meaning permission to teach and licentia ad practicandum signifying someone who holds a certificate of competence to practise a profession i.e. ministry, theology or parish life.
Graduates of the Licentiate of Church Planting will be equipped with the skills they need for a wide range of church planting roles and functions including senior leadership and ministry roles. Many graduates go into leadership roles, such as senior pastor, associate pastor or departmental pastors, where they are using the leadership, biblical and theological skills they have developed.
This course aims to present students with a holistic strategy for dynamic church development and health from a Pentecostal perspective. It is designed for those in Christian ministry to assist them to reflect on their own ministry situations.
Peter describes himself as a teacher and trainer of Christians in a variety of contexts. Peter has served as the National Director, Vineyard Churches Australia for more than 13 years. He holds a Doctor of Ministry (MST) 2012, where his thesis examined what the corporate worship gathering is about and impact of the Emerging Missional Church on the gathering and church life.

This has been one of the key lessons I learnt from this course. These leadership attributes are taken seriously yet they of great value for effective leadership. These include persistence, servanthood, shock absorption, enthusiasm, single-mindedness, encouragement and quick to say sorry. Servanthood and quick to say sorry are more outstanding for me in my setting. I am already motivate to share these leadership attributes with the leaders in the church.
We have been equipped by the word of God and empowered by the Holy spirit.
Well equipped on how to manage the health of a church as a pastor
Learn about what happened in between the two Testaments, and how the Jewish and Greco-Roman world shaped the setting of Jesus’ story. You’ll then go straight into the Gospel accounts, pulling apart their key themes, audiences and concepts.

Great experience to know lots concerning the New Testament writers, origin and important, this course has increased my knowledge and has given me an added Avantage as a leader, thanks to AXX for placing me at ahead of many others, I’m grateful.
Revelation 1:3 says “Blessed is he that reads, and they that hear the words of this prophecy , and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.” So I believe that by completing the New Testament – Part 1 course, I have been nourished with many spiritual blessings, such as the blessings God has placed in His Word.
Below is a brief summary of what I learned from the course.
A brief history of how NT theology evolved is discussed in the chapter, followed by a methodology for studying NT theology. Chapter two discusses the Synoptic problem and the solutions scholars have proposed in solving it. Why is a greater portion of Mark found in Matthew and Luke. How do we account for the portions of Matthew and Luke that are not in Mark; and the portions of Luke that are not in Matthew and Mark? Granted that the three gospels were written from the same perspective as scholars say, what do they teach about God, Christ, the Holy Spirit. It focuses on what Luke, the writer teaches about God, Christ, the Holy Spirit, Salvation, and the Church. We might be wondering why John is not mentioned when we discussed the theology of the Synoptic gospels. The reason is that John is written from a different perspective. So New Testament theology is a discussion of the major theological topics gleaned from the writings of the books of the New Testament. I hoped this training is very much useful to me and my present ministry.
I am grateful to Axx Director for organizing such a training and giving me the opportunity to participate in this training.
In thanks and gratitude

Going to make my personal assessment of New Testament Biblical Theology: Repeatedly describing it as a masterpiece, every course schedule, class teaching slide notes, and every sentence of the teachers, are full of fresh insights and clear thoughts that enlivened the classes and made me want to read the PDF notes later. I liken it to a master painting that leaves me saying, “Oh, I never noticed that before!”
This class text gives an in-depth overview of the NT books that greatly benefits the readers and students. The scholarly analysis of multiple perspectives, historical evidence, and scriptural references strengthen the authors’ conclusions on the content, contribution, geographical provenance, and authorship of each of the NT books and makes it a valuable text for bible scholars.
The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know or understand.
Each class brings new information that inspires me to expand my knowledge and grow spiritually.
Thanks to Axx authorities for giving me an opportunity to participate in such a training
My Axx Bible College family here In the New Testament also l learn about the:Kingdom of God, Jesus himself, Fatherhood of God, Sinfulness and salvation, Eschatology, this mean a lot to me, l love this courses so much, thy help me a lot, thank you!!.
Thank you very much God bless you and all lecturers of axx. I can’t thank you enough for this enlightening lectures
Clear and well taught
on this lesson I learnt that Jesus is ‘God’ – he is the Logos of God (1:1-18).
As such, John has a very high Christology: Jesus is the
Christ – God who came to humanity.
The Logos for John was Jesus the living word of God – greater than the written word from Sinai with Moses.
I am empowered with knowledge and I will use in my daily preaching.
Though short, and it dwells so much on Philemon and Onesimus, I have learnt that Paul was so particular in treating every body equally including slaves. Slaves in the Lord should be treated equally like any other believers. His willingness to pay Philemon if Onesimus owed him anything was a great pledge. The greetings from so many people was made this information public making it hard for Philemon to deny. I will stand for the neglected in society and plead their course. I will treat everyone equally. Lord help me.
Beginning with the letter to the Hebrews, this course explores the Epistles of James, Jude, 1 & 2 Peter, 1, 2 & 3 John, and Revelation. You’ll get to know the authors, the audiences and the context of these important letters in the study of the New Testament.

New Testament theology is the study of what God has revealed about Himself in the New Testament. The system of New Testament theology takes the various truths that the New Testament books teach us about God and presents them in an organized fashion.
New Testament theology, maintains, centers on Jesus Christ–his person, work and mission–and is unified by repeated emphasis on the fulfillment of Old Testament promise, community, the Spirit and the future hope.
Theology is the study of the doctrines of the Bible, following the progressive revelation that God made to man from the beginning of time to the end of the book of Revelation. New Testament theology primarily deals with the study of Christology, ecclesiology, and soteriology. Plus, it furthers our understanding of eschatology, pneumatology, angelology, hamartiology, and other fields of doctrine.
Axx has organized a reliable and helpful training that will benefit students, pastors, and the church. I feel blessed to be associated with Axx’s training as a student. The theological knowledge I am gaining from this training will benefit me and my ministry.

My Axx family l have learned that the Jews were allowed to return and live in freedom back in the land of lsrael, and worship under the new leadership of the high priest.as there was no king, the office of priests, and especially High Priests, gradually became more of a political office. The Priests Sadducees ,gradually became a corrupt office, just like the Kings in the Old Testament. Which caused conflict with the Pharisees and Synagogue. There is more what l learned from this Blessed Axx Bible College family. Thank
you family.
During this lesson I learnt that Luke is a physician according to Paul’s writing (Col 4:14), and this is expressed in his writing. Travelling companion, fellow minister, friend, and eyewitness of Paul.
I now understand how important family trees among the Jews. And how to present the Saviour to different audience taking cues from the four gospels narratives.
Axx Bible college is establishing my biblical foundation for ministry and helping my light to shine bright in my community. In my discussion with some pastors the saying of Jesus wasn’t understood especially when he said “In my fathers house there are many mansions” Axx made me understood that Jesus was explaining the culture of Jews as the groom has to go and prepare a place before coming to marry his bride. Just as Our lord has gone to the father to prepare a place for us His bride and He is coming to take us there. Is a very good eye opener that when studying the Bible we have to consider Historical context and cultural context to understand clearly he text.
As the other two previous parts, this part has lightened again on the remaining books of the new testament and especially the book of revelations.
As the the first parts, I am now more verse with authors, dates, and occasions why these epistles were written.
Thanks to this unit, I am more knowledgeable than before and better equip now to teach from these books unlike before
This course introduces us to pneumatology by examining a number of major issues expressed in biblical, theological and historic material. Understanding the key aspects of the person and work of the Holy Spirit is vital to everyone engaged in ministry.

Have learnt much on the work of holy spirit
I was baptized with the Holy spirit on an evangelical crusade. We were praying then I saw a cloud overshadow me then I had this immense power touch me so heavily. I fell to the ground and stayed there shaking so intensely for like about an hour.
Ever since my life changed because the shaking didn’t stop although it was had to notice by someone else except myself. I used to waste a lot of time playing games like chess, checkers etc and I was a member of a chess club. But after the baptism with the Holy spirit I lost concentration and I had to quit those games because whenever I tried, the shaking would even become noticed by my opponents. I therefore decided to concentrate on doing the work of God because I understood that this baptism was for witnesses.
My name is Moses Katjiri From Namibia, l was a drug and alcohol addict, I used to sell as well. I started my journey in Christ, when I was 19 years old and have never looked back ever since that day,Through the conviction from the Holy Spirit ,l started our own ministry, this pushed me to continue searching for more opportunities to further my studies about the gospel which l am currently busy with. It open up my mind and deepened my knowledge about the Bible, it has granted me the ability to lay it out theologically As a director of the ministry l know how to share the knowledge I’ve gained with the members of the Church, my teaching are based on everything l have learned so far. Axx family, the question that says “why do we need the Holy Spirit “is because l understand in this course that l will be “Chan”in powered by the Holy Spirit I receive “Wisdom ,Power, Holyness, Love,Prayer, Revelation, and givens, present where by Pentecostal Charismatic. Focus on individual, Spirituality and indaquate exegesis and theological reflection. That’s the reason why I need the Holy Spirit my beloved Axx family Bible college. God Bless you all in the name of Jesus. Amen.
What a powerful course on Person & Work of the Holy Spirit it was! I am still overwhelmed and deeply touched and moved, and I lack words to describe the awesomeness, if I can say that word so, of this daunting course! Thank you, Lord for this course! Thank you, AXX Bible College for this experience! This is the first time I could actually truly and really experience the power of the Holy Spirit as I watched some of the interviews of people who had experience of the Holy Spirit on themselves. The Spirit guided me to do two things during this course: 1) To pray to the Holy Spirit as I have never done that before; 2) To led the Spirit guide me to Worship Music as I have not experienced it much in the past several years. So, I’m deeply grateful to God and to you, AXX Bible College team for producing such a stunning course! God bless you!!!
I remember when I was in high school I was baptized in the Holy Spirit. My whole life completely changed. A new sense of Holiness overshadowed me. My love for Christ increased and the Lord used me and others in the ministry of healing in the school. In form 4, I trusted the Lord in my dreams the Lord allowed my teacher to do revision for me in my dreams and that would be exactly what is in the exams the next day. I love the Lord so much for the special gift of His Spirit. I realize that if we live a totally surrendered life, the Lord can lead us in everything. A Christian life would not be burdensome but a joy.
It has being a wonderful walk with the Holy Spirit. The course has changed my understanding about the Trinity to the glory of God.
This course continues to examine pneumatology by understanding key aspects of the person and work of the Holy Spirit, including the various Pentecostal, Evangelical and Charismatic views. Leading pastors and teachers share their insight and experiences.

I have been deeply moved and touched by the course delivery, and I want to deeply thank you for this amazing information! This second part of the course has deepened my appreciation for the Holy Spirit’s Work and Person. I wish I had known these things before. My life and service to God would have been far more different then. I am so happy I have been able to do this course! I was greatly moved by the interviews, by the experiences of the people who were interviewed on the course, and by their sincerity and openness in relating their lovely stories. Thank you a million times for such a daunting course! Thank you, Lord, for this beautiful course! God bless you, AXX! You are a real blessing!!!
My Spirit man has being reactivated through this study. I now have a deep understanding about the Holy Spirit and His work both on an individual and the church.
This course is a deeper Impact on what the Holy Spirit does in our lives.
The Holy Spirit renews my spirit every moment because the course has opened by eye on the work and ever presence of the Spirit of God working in us.
Fantastic
The practical applications discussed in relation to the Holy Spirit’s work were incredibly impactful. Learning about the ways in which the Holy Spirit empowers and guides us in our daily lives has provided me with a renewed sense of purpose and confidence in my faith journey. The emphasis on cultivating a responsive and open heart to the Holy Spirit’s leading has inspired me to seek a deeper, more intimate relationship with Him.
I want to express my gratitude for the opportunity to participate in this course. It has undoubtedly strengthened my faith, deepened my understanding of the Holy Spirit, and equipped me with valuable insights to navigate life with the guidance of the Spirit. I look forward to future courses that continue to explore and celebrate the profound Person & Work of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Axx Bible College for this opportunity. God bless you!

Andrew has held various pastoral roles for over fifteen years. He now works with Springboard Consulting where is all about empowering people for a purpose whether that be for pastors, leaders, denominational leaders, business leaders, NGO or mission leaders. Drawing from extensive experience training, strategic coaching and personal mentoring will be provided to empower you and your leaders for their purpose
Its hard to manage people but with the knowledge I got here, iam now able to work with them effectively.
This whole part is so important. When we know how to listen to God, we don’t just do things. We do accordingly with His call on us. Knowing the people we lead is our priority. We need to study them and master them so that there is nothing they will do which will surprise us. The “Leave well” part is a godly person. We need to exercise the love and obedience from our Rabbi Jesus Christ. We cant just move out of church as if its a tavern or play ground or stadium. We need to leave with blessings.
Everyone needs encouragement. If we just work without being praised, we won’t know if we are doing the right think. So in this session, I learnt to tell my team when they are scoring and even where they need to pull up
Organisational management course was very interesting and I really appreciate the lecturer for imparting such an important knowledge to me. Thank you axx for creating this platform for people like me to gain things that I would have transitioned without it. May God continue blessing you.
This is good. I learned many new things and due to my bachelor degree in business administration i understood this more easily. Thank you Jesus for Axx.
Able to develop an organizational chart to help in church growth

Evil spirits are on an assignment to destroy us. We need to know them and know how to fight them periodically because they are always out there to fight us.
These theories and ideas are so helpful. I applied these in my ministry and I noticed the difference. It’s a lot of help. Thank you Jesus for Axx.

Doing this program has had great impact on me.
Here we are being taught about the leadership models and its application. And also the manifestation of the Holy Spirit among the disciples in the early church as well as in us today. It is a continuation of God’s power working among His people to influence and promote desirable outcome of building a solid foundation among Gods chosen people to fight and defeat the kingdom of darkness, as we are the light of the world. It is in this light that i received from the college through authentic teaching of the word and the principle of leadership that i am confidently growing in preparation for the mission ahead

‘Spirit Filled Leadership & Acts part 3’ course, is the continuation of unpacking the book of Acts and the fulfillment of the great commission -Matthew 28. And this mission to be fulfilled, leaders were to be empowered and filled with the Holy Spirit as it happened on the the day of Pentecost with the Disciples which let to the establishment of the early church. Peter is seen conducting a sermon where 3000 new converts are baptized and added to the number. Again Paul is been converted and became an apostle and the mission trip began. The model that was applied in Acts is the one that we should emulate in our churches today in order to continue with great commission plan successfully… Spirit Filled Leadership & Acts..
