Are there any extra charges?
No, there are no extra charges. One way we keep the courses very affordable is by not requiring the purchase of additional materials. No books, or manuals required. In some courses, there may be optional resources for purchase. Axx does not sell any resources. However, our ministry partners have their resources available for purchase if you so desire.
Is my credit card secure?
Yes, fully! Your profile, balance and access information are securely stored on Stripe servers. All transactions and payment processing meets the highest PCI compliance standards. Axx does not store any of your credit card details.

Can I pay by direct debit?
Our systems are set up to be as cost effective as possible. Individual transaction are very costly to us as a ministry. If you want you can contact us and we may establish a direct debit but only if you purchase an annual subscription or a certified course one time payment up front
Can I use multiple devices?
Yes, when you registered/purchased on one computer/tablet/phone you can simply use the same credentials to watch on another device. You should bear in mind your access can be restricted when our systems detect abuse.
Do I need to download anything?
No, once you have a subscription you have instant access to the videos. It works on PC, Mac®, tablet or smartphone. But you have to ensure you have an Internet connection.
Can I stream on my mobile/tablet?
Yes. You can access the content via your mobile device or tablet. Axx is responsive so it will work on any device automatically.
What is certification?
Axx Courses are Certified by Churches, denominations and movements. This means that it is recognised by them for becoming a pastor or worker in their Churches. This to us is the most valuable endorsement we can have. For detailed information please go to our information page on Certification.
I am having trouble accessing my courses
This problem is caused by learners trying to access courses from the Course menu.
To access your courses correctly, please follow the instructions below.
After you have signed in, please click on the My Dashboard menu item at the top right-hand side of the screen.
Scroll down to find your active courses.
If not found on the first-page scroll to next page and so on until you find all your courses.
Are my donations tax-deductible?
Axx is an Australian ACNC registered charity. We are able to receive donations but they are not tax-deductible at this time.
How do I update my credit card details?
- Log into your Axx account and select “My Account” tab directly below your name in right corner.
2. On the left of the screen select “Billing” tab.
3. From here you can enter your new credit card details by selecting “Edit”.
4. Once this is completed, access will be automatically re-instated.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling is a simple process. Go to your student dashboard. Select your profile. Select my account. Select billing. Under the subscriptions heading select the cancel button. The screen will then display, “You do not have any subscriptions”
For privacy and account safety only the person listed on the account can cancel the subscription.
My video loads slowly or keeps buffering
Shut your computer down completely and restart it.
Try Axx again. If the video is still slow, make sure to leave your computer powered off and all of your home network equipment unplugged as a group for 30 seconds before plugging each device back in one by one. Turn off your computer. Unplug your modem (and your wireless router, if it’s a separate device) from power for 30 seconds. Plug in your modem and wait until the indicator lights are back to its normal state. If your router is separate from your modem, plug it in and wait until the indicator lights are back to its normal state. Turn your computer back on and try Axx again
If video speed issues persist
If you have completed the steps above but are still having issues connecting to Axx, you’ll want to contact your internet service provider. They can help you resolve network connectivity issues by determining if your router is properly set up to communicate with the other devices on your home network.
Is it possible to download and watch later?
It is not possible to download watch videos offline and some resources. Many of the resources are protected to prevent inappropriate usage.
