Axx has created a range of certified qualifications that prepare and propel people into ministry.

Our Certification, Advanced Certification, Licentiate and MasterClass qualifications create a seamless ministry pathway. From ministry volunteer to full-time ministry to postgraduate level and ongoing professional development for people actively involved in ministry.

Axx Explained – Ministry Streams

Local Church Ministry – This stream focuses on preparing you to be a fruitful and productive person in the day to day life and ministry of your local Church.

Its builds your ministry and team leadership skill in a local church setting. You will be prepared to be a part of a team that is ministering to its congregation, communities both local and global.

Pastoral Ministry – The Pastoral Ministry stream is a complete ministry preparation program. It prepares you for the depth and breadth of ministry inside and outside of the Church.

In the advanced levels of this stream, it focuses on pastoral care skills and leadership development.

Church Planting – The Church Planting stream focuses on planting and developing a new Church or revitalising established Church.

It focuses on building a dedicated team who will grow a Church together.

Leadership – The Axx leadership qualifications are developed with the underlying premise that good biblical leadership builds good leaders and great biblical leadership builds great leaders.

At Axx we believe that every person is a leader, first of themselves and then of others.

Bible & Theology – This stream explores the depth and beauty of God and the Bible. Each qualification has a very specific focus including Bible, theology, apologetics, exegesis and church history.

From biblical novice to theological scholar, every qualification goes to the heart of the Word and applies it to life and ministry today.

Axx Explained – Academic Levels

Certificate – This is an introductory qualification suitable for new or mature believers who are seeking systematic teaching presented in a clear and uncomplicated manner.

Certification – This is a ministry preparatory qualification which is highly structure and tailored to meet specific needs. These courses are taught at a diploma academic level.

Advanced Certification – This is a more advanced ministry qualification that builds on knowledge and skills developed at the Certification level. These qualifications are taught at an advanced diploma or entry BA degree level.

Licentiate – This is a higher academic qualification design for people who are seeking to enter or progress into ministry full-time. These qualifications are taught at upper degree and postgraduate level. Licentiate comes from the Latin, meaning licence to minister.

MasterClass – These qualifications are for ministry professionals who are seeking to stretch and challenge themselves, their ministry and biblical expertise. These qualifications are taught at the Masters and Doctorate levels.
